Yes, we are open and available to assist you, but still mainly meeting with clients by videoconference or phone, as we implement further safety measures for resuming in-office meetings.
Yes, we are providing our clients “drive up” service to sign estate plan documents, with a notary and witnesses available as needed, for our clients to quickly, safely, and comfortably sign their documents. We will consult with you by videoconference or phone before your signing – and again after your signing – to explain the process, answer your questions, make sure you get any copies you need, and help with implementing your estate plan.
(Other options include getting documents notarized at your bank, at a UPS, FedEx, etc., or by a mobile notary.)
We answer the phone 24/7, and may also be reached by e-mail.
Yes, we are happy to arrange video conferences and meetings for clients using Zoom. All you need is a smartphone or a computer with a web camera and internet connection. We can email you a link to easily connect to a Zoom conference or meeting.
Yes, we can also coordinate and arrange conference calls for our clients.
Yes, we are accepting new clients for all matters, including estate planning, creating and updating trusts, trust administration, and various types of probate proceedings.
